  • Leather Pride Dublin – Leather Pride Dublin™ is a weekend of events organized by the community group GEARED Ireland. GEARED Ireland is the country’s longest-running leather and fetish group for men. The events are held on the last weekend of January and are focused on the gay leather and fetish community of Ireland and their international friends. Dublin, Ireland; Jan 26-28, 2018
  • Mr Gear Ireland – Our mission is to develop the Leather & fetish scene for gay men here in Ireland, building relationships with similar groups and community organizations here and abroad. At GEARED nights we provide a genuine gay and fetish friendly venue, on a Saturday night, with a late bar, a reasonable cover charge, and normal drinks prices. Having a strict dress code ensures that those who take the gear seriously feel comfortable. It also creates the right atmosphere. We began in early 2013 as GEAR Ireland and had our first monthly event in Fibber Magees in May 2013. This is an entirely voluntary and not for profit operation after the essential costs are covered we will donate any surplus funds to charity again at the end of the year. We also run occasional Gear sales, a Bondage workshop and participate in similar fetish gear events elsewhere whenever possible. Our Dress Code – Leather/Biker.   • Out in the Past – The introduction and promotion of LGBT History Month (UK) by Schools OUT UK in 2005 has significantly enhanced and further validated awareness of and interest in LGBT and Human Rights Campaigns of the second half of the 20th century. The associated and growing interest in ‘LGBT History’ has created a growing public demand for readings of that past, that has, in turn, encouraged popular and academic research into that past. However, despite the increasing popular demand for such history, it still an area of study that in the UK is very much in its infancy compared to the remarkable advances made elsewhere.   • Rainbows Winter FestivalRainbow Reykjavik combines amazing nature, nightlife and northern lights in fantastic international and local company. We offer waterfalls, erupting geysers, tectonic plates, the most popular LGBT party of the season, comedy, singing, exciting activities, world-class cuisine, and geothermal baths all neatly arranged over 3 glorious days.   • National Student Pride – Held in London since 2014 the three-day spectacle celebrates our mission to be the pride of conversation. It is centered around a daytime festival free at the point of entry with panels, the largest free LGBT job fair, a performance stage and so much more. This is the centerpiece of a whole weekend of club nights, parties, cinema screenings and events spread over three days held every year during LGBT History Month in February.   • Mr. Rubber Europe – This year, the Mr. Rubber Europe election will take place during Darklands 2018 before moving on to another European country in 2019. This revives a tradition of moving the election around Europe and will bring it to a wider audience. A team of former titleholders and rubber club presidents has been working on this project for months.   • Camp K9 – Camp K9 is a partner event of Darklands and Leatherpride Belgium dedicated to pups. With a giant ball pit, mosh area, and plenty of puppy play equipment on hand, here’s where pups, handlers, and friends can join in the fun and pup out! This year it is run in collaboration with the Mr. Puppy Europe team, who will be on hand to help pups and handlers get the most out of their Darklands experience. Also, you’ll have a chance to meet and interact with the contestants for Mr. Puppy Europe, who will come down to Camp K9 as part of the contest to join in and mosh with you!   • Mr. Puppy Europe – Mr. Puppy Europe is a title contest for pups from across Europe, created to encourage and to acknowledge service to the Pups & Handlers community.   • LesBiGay Youth Wintermeeting 2018 – A must for all winter fans, but also all snow-shame could inspire the winter meeting. You spend a week with 40 adolescents and young adults up to 27 years in the Pitztal in Tyrol. Skiing and snowboarding are not the only program spots this week, and many other activities are offered.   • Zinegoak Bilbao International GLT Film Festival – Zinegoak is the international LGBT film and performing arts festival of Bilbao which is organized by Hegoak Association and that celebrates its 13th edition in 2016.   • SnowGay Weekend – Located in the Pyrenees of Lleida, this ski resort has 47km of slopes, one of the highest snow levels of the Pyrenees (2,751 m maximum and 2,020 m minimum) and a privileged location facing the north, which results in a snow of excellent quality. Mar 1-4, 2018

  • Béar Féile – Dublin Bears are a social group run by gay men for gay men of all ages who identify as bears or admirers. We have a committee of 5 and are supported by volunteers on an ongoing basis.
